▌Principle
DTY (draw-textured yarn) is a yarn with POY as the raw yarn, which is concurrently stretched and false twisted on the texturing machine, so that it undergoes tensile deformation, heat setting and other changes, thus presenting a curly shape.
▌Product Features
1.With good fluffiness and elasticity, DTY generally includes low elastic yarn, medium elastic yarn and high elastic yarn;
2.DTY has uniform intermingled points, which increases the tightness of yarn and improves the weaving performance on machine. DTY can be divided into NIM, SIM and HIM;
3.It is supported by cutting-edge production equipment (TMT in Japan and Barmag in Germany) and testing instruments (Uster evenness tester, TEXTURMAT ME + automatic crimping rate tester, etc.).
