Founded in Fujian China in 1984, Highsun Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as HSCC) has been developing from a small enterprise into an advanced manufacturing group integrating on chemicals and chemical fibers.HSCC owns more than ten entities as Shenyuan New Materials, Highsun Synthetic Fiber, Fibrant BV, Fibrant Nanjing, Hesheng Gases, etc. It has established three production bases of nylon 6 industrial chains, centering Fuzhou Fujian, radiating Nanjing Jiangsu and Sittard, The Netherlands. HSCC has more than 8000 employees and is active in more than 30 countries and regions of the world, and cooperates with over 25 companies of Fortune 500. In 2022, HSCC ranked 153th among the Top 500 Private Enterprises in China and 5th of the top 100 Private Enterprises in Fujian.

2019年9月6日成功收购法液空（福州）有限公司

On September 6, 2019, Air Liquefy (Fuzhou) Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Liquefy group, was acquired and renamed as Fujian Hesheng Gases Co., LTD., providing powerful gas facilities for Shenyuan.

2018年10月成功收购福邦特全球己内酰胺业务

In October 2018, HSCC successfully acquired the global caprolactam business of The Fibrant and became the world's largest producer of caprolactam and ammonium sulfate

2017年10月申远一期一次投产成功

In October 2017, Shenyuan integrated caprolactam project with annual output of 400,000 tons was successfully put into production once and for all, achieving the completion of 8 industrial chains

2013年3月申远新材料成立

In March 2013, Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. was established to further expand from nylon spinning to caprolactam upstream.

2010年6月恒申合纤成立

In June 2010, Highsun Synthetic Fibre was established to build the world's leading synthetic fibre ecological base and raw material supply place.

2008年3月力恒锦纶成功上市
