As a low-carbon product independently developed by HSCC, it serves as an advanced textile raw material that reduces carbon emissions from the source and achieves environmental friendliness. Through leading process technology in the production process, N₂O is converted into harmless substances, effectively reducing carbon emissions by 70%. Each ton of EcoLactam® used is equivalent to a reduction of up to 8 tons of CO₂ equivalent, which is at the world's leading level.

Nylon 6 - Recycled
Pre-consumer wastes such as waste silk, waste blocks, and leftover materials generated during the production process are processed through a unique conversion technology to obtain high-quality recycled nylon chips, which are then used to produce recycled nylon filaments of various specifications through melt spinning. The products cover nylon 6 FDY, POY, DTY, and staple fibers, with specifications customizable according to customer needs. They can also be compounded with functions such as antibacterial properties, dope dyeing, and moisture absorption and wicking. The products have obtained the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification and can be issued with TC transaction certificates.

Polyamide Elastic Composite Fiber - Nila
It is an elastic fiber formed by composite spinning of two modified polyamides with different shrinkage properties, and its single fiber has a spring-like spiral crimp structure. The product features excellent elastic durability and softer elasticity. It can partially replace spandex fibers, significantly reduce the setting temperature required for fabrics, and is easier to recycle than nylon-spandex fabrics.

Nylon 6 - Dope Dyeing
By integrating the dope dyeing process with in-situ polymerization technology, colored fibers are obtained through spinning after color molecules are fully combined with the melt. The dope dyeing process eliminates the need for dyeing in production, effectively saving energy, reducing emissions and being environmentally friendly. The in-situ polymerization technology once won the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of China National Textile and Apparel Council in 2021.

Bio-based Nylon 5,6
It is a bio-based polyamide prepared by polymerization and spinning after bio-fermentation and special process purification, using renewable and environmentally friendly bio-based materials such as starch and straw as raw materials. The bio-based material content in the yarn is as high as 47%, which significantly reduces the use of fossil-based raw materials that are prone to cause the greenhouse effect, making it low-carbon and environmentally friendly. The prepared fabric feels comfortable and soft, with a long-lasting cool effect. Hengshen bio-based nylon double-faced fabric once won the "Excellence Award" of the 49th (Spring/Summer 2024) China Fashion Fabrics in the China International Fabric Design Competition.

Nylon 6 - Cool Feeling
It contains high thermal conductivity and low specific heat materials, which can quickly dissipate heat. The prepared fabric has a cool touch, with a qₘₐₓ of up to 0.25 J/(cm²·s), and the effect lasts for a long time.

Nylon 6 - UV Resistance
A special material with a unique outer electron layer structure is selected and applied to the ultraviolet shielding or absorption of nylon 6 fibers. It can improve the ultraviolet protection effect of fabrics under the conditions of low grammage and low thickness. The ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) is much higher than the national standard requirements, and it also has an instant cool feeling effect.
