Nylon 6-FDY
FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn) is a wound yarn with high orientation and medium crystallinity obtained through stretching and setting during the spinning process. The strength of FDY products is above 4.5 cN/dtex, and the elongation is mostly 43-48%. It is fully stretched and can be directly used in textile processing. In actual production, there are few broken filaments, high dyeing uniformity, and good strength.

Nylon 6-POY
It is a type of incompletely drawn chemical fiber filament obtained through high-speed spinning, with properties between undrawn yarn and drawn yarn. POY has a strength of 3.8-4.2 cN/dtex and an elongation of mostly 65-72%. It features low orientation, low crystallinity, stable structure, and excellent processability, and can be made into high-elastic yarn, low-elastic yarn, etc.

Nylon 6-HOY
HOY is an ultra-high-speed spun yarn produced by the one-step spinning and drawing process, with properties between FDY and POY. Hengshen nylon HOY mostly has a strength greater than 3.8-4.2 cN/dtex and an elongation of 55%-65%. Compared with FDY, HOY has higher elongation, higher boiling water shrinkage, slightly lower strength, and a softer hand feel in fabrics.

DTY is a crimped yarn made by taking POY as the original yarn and performing stretching and false twisting simultaneously on a texturing machine, which causes it to undergo changes such as stretch deformation and heat setting. Therefore, DTY has good bulkiness and elasticity.

Nylon 6-Monofilament is produced using a one-step high-speed spinning process. It features high strength, uniform fineness, and good light resistance. Textiles made from it have a flat surface, lightweight texture, high transparency, good toughness, and tear resistance. This technology once won the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of China National Textile and Apparel Council.

Polyamide Elastic Composite Fiber - Nila
It is an elastic fiber formed by composite spinning of two modified polyamides with different shrinkage properties, and its single fiber has a spring-like spiral crimp structure. The product features excellent elastic durability and softer elasticity. It can partially replace spandex fibers, significantly reduce the setting temperature required for fabrics, and is easier to recycle than nylon-spandex fabrics.
