▌Principle
Based on the dope dyeing process, the in-situ polymerization technology is used in the chip production process to fully connect the color molecules and melt, and the colored fiber is produced through the spinning process.
▌Advantages
1.No dyeing is needed after weaving, and no dyeing wastewater is discharged, which saves water and energy, and protects environment.
2.The performance of colored filaments is enhanced from a more microscopic molecular level with the in-situ polymerization technology. Compared with the dope dyeing colored filament produced by the general masterbatch method, the colored filaments produced with the in-situ polymerization technology can offer higher color fastness, more uniform and bright colors, no color difference between batches, and more stable quality. The smaller molecular size reduces needle wear and thread loosing.
3.In the dope dyeing process, it is difficult to produce fine-denier and porous colored filaments with the general masterbatch method. The in-situ polymerization process overcomes the disadvantages of traditional processes and can thus produce finer denier colored filaments with low-value dpf.
