▌Principle
The waste yarn, waste blocks, weaving waste and other pre-consumer materials in the production process are subject to a unique conversion process to obtain high-quality recycled nylon chips, and then recycled nylon yarns of various specifications are prepared by melt spinning.

▌Test result
The carbon emission of FDY full dull 40D12F nylon filament produced by each ton of nylon 6 recycled chips is 4.86 tCO,e/t less than that of the original nylon filament with the same specification, realizing an overall emission reduction of 48.21%.
