Manufactured by a one-step high-speed spinning process with closed-loop chemical recycling chips, this product completely retains the molecular structure characteristics of virgin nylon. The yarn has a denier range of 10-140 D, with a breaking tenacity exceeding 4.5 cN/dtex and an elongation at break of 41.5%. Featuring soft luster, few hairiness and uniform evenness, FDY boasts excellent dimensional stability. The chemical recycling process reduces carbon emissions by over 80%, realizing a closed-loop circulation from waste textiles to high-quality yarns with both sustainability and superior spinning performance.
Recycled chips are stretched and shaped during the spinning process to produce FDY (Full Drawn Yarn), forming wound yarn with high orientation and moderate crystallinity.
Made from textile waste such as waste clothes and fabrics via chemical depolymerization and repolymerization process to produce recycled nylon 6 chips for spinning.
GRS-certified, compatible with blockchain traceability system, carbon emissions reduced by over 80% compared with virgin nylon.
Adopting one-step spinning and drawing technology, it has excellent monofilament uniformity and crimp stability. The product complies with the national standard for virgin nylon GB/T 13254.

Produced from chemically recycled POY through texturing process, this yarn has excellent bulkiness and elasticity. It covers a denier range of 10-140 D, with breaking tenacity exceeding 3.7 cN/dtex and elongation at break ranging from 20% to 35%. DTY features soft and plump hand feel, strong coverage, bright and uniform dyeing effect as well as excellent color fastness. Adopting the closed-loop chemical depolymerization and repolymerization process, the product realizes molecular-level recycling, with carbon emissions reduced by more than 80% compared with the petroleum-based route. It has equivalent physical properties to virgin DTY, supporting the development of circular economy.
DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) takes POY as the raw yarn. It is simultaneously stretched and false-twisted on a texturing machine, undergoing tensile deformation, heat setting and other changes to form crimped yarn.
Chemical depolymerization and purification removes dyes and impurities, ensuring stable quality of recycled POY and low breakage rate during texturing processing.
The false-twisted crimp structure endows the yarn with excellent elasticity and bulkiness, featuring soft hand feel, suitable for elastic and comfortable knitted fabrics.
Consistent mechanical indicators with virgin nylon 6 DTY, high strength and wear resistance to meet high-end weaving requirements.
Realizes fiber-to-fiber closed-loop recycling, reducing carbon emissions by over 80% compared with virgin processes and reusing waste textiles.
