Principle

DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) is a crimped yarn that uses POY as the original yarn and undergoes stretching and false twisting on a texturing machine at the same time, which makes it undergo stretch deformation, heat setting and other changes.

Product Features

It has good bulkiness and elasticity, and is generally divided into low-elastic yarn, medium-elastic yarn and high-elastic yarn;

It has regular network points, which improves the tightness of the yarn and enhances the weaving performance on the machine. It can be divided into heavy network, light network and non-network;

Advanced production equipment (Japan's TMT, Germany's Barmag) and testing instruments (Uster evenness tester, TEXTURMAT ME + automatic crimp tester, etc.) are used.
