Pre-consumer wastes like waste silk, waste blocks, and leftover materials from the production process are treated via a unique conversion process to produce high-quality recycled nylon chips, which are then subjected to melt spinning to prepare recycled nylon filaments of various specifications.
-

Waste reuse, environmental protection, energy conservation, and emission reduction;
-

Advanced R&D technology ensures high transparency, with traceable and verifiable recycling authenticity;
-

Certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and eligible for TC transaction certificates;
-

Strict waste sorting rules ensure uniform color and gloss of recycled chips.

Carbon Footprint Comparison Between Per Ton of Recycled Nylon 6 and Conventional Nylon 6
Notes
Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible.
Yarn should be used up within one week. Yarn wrapped in plastic film can have its usable time extended appropriately, with a maximum of one month (please avoid storing yarn without wrapping as much as possible).
Compared with conventional nylon, recycled nylon has fewer amino groups and poor high-temperature resistance. When weaving with spandex, it is recommended that the setting temperature does not exceed 190℃. Excessively high setting temperature may easily cause amino oxidation of recycled nylon and yellowing of the yarn, resulting in light stripes and horizontal stripes on the fabric surface.
When pre-setting fabrics containing recycled nylon, it is recommended to add antioxidants to the padding liquid of the fabric before heat setting. The dosage of antioxidants should be 1.5-3 times that of conventional nylon-spandex fabrics (Note: Try to increase the "liquid carrying rate" as much as possible before setting).
Strictly control the heat setting time of the fabric. It is recommended that the effective heat setting time be less than 60 seconds.
