Product Introduction

Chemical formula: C₆H₁₀O. A colorless, transparent liquid with an earthy odor, which develops a mint-like scent when containing trace amounts of phenol. As one of the essential organic chemical raw materials, cyclohexanone is a key intermediate in the production of nylon, caprolactam and adipic acid, and also serves as an important industrial solvent.

Product Use

Textile : used in the production of caprolactam and adipic acid, which are monomers for manufacturing polyamide (nylon) and nylon 66 as well as other synthetic resins.
Chemical Raw Materials: Suitable for industrial coating production, synthetic resin dissolution, and paint remover preparation.
Biochemistry: Served as a solvent in the production of DDT, pyrethrins, penicillin, and tetracycline.

Product Advantages

We produce high-quality cyclohexanone through phenol hydrogenation. This technology represents the current state of sustainable cyclohexanone production, combining highly efficient raw material utilization with low energy consumption, low (cooling) water usage, and low waste. When integrated with phenol production, it achieves significantly lower costs. This technology adopts a non-catalytic air oxidation process for cyclohexane, which features high yield and low energy consumption and produces cyclohexane products of good quality.
