Fujian Highsun Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. (also referred to as "Highsun Electronic") was established in 2020. The company specializes in the R&D, production, sales, and service of electronic-grade specialty gases, and is engaged in manufacturing products including silicon-based gases, doping gases, fluorine-based gases, mixed gases and other products. These products are widely used in semiconductors, display panels, photovoltaic energy, and silicon-carbon anodes, with the goal of becoming China's largest electronic materials production base.
