近日，恒申集团化纤板块恒聚年产3万吨差别化功能性氨纶项目成功开车，生产出合格产品，标志着项目正式进入生产阶段。

 

 

从打桩机轰轰作响到投料开车成功，恒聚氨纶交出了一份优秀的答卷。作为2024年度福建省重点项目，恒聚年产3万吨差别化功能性氨纶项目总投资近9亿元，对生产工艺进行了智能化提升，从上料到外检、从包装到入库，全过程都实现了自动化生产，精度高、可溯源，大大提高了生产效率和产品质量。同时，核心生产装置使用进口设备，采用了多头纺等行业领先工艺技术，可生产耐高温氨纶、高伸长氨纶、易定型氨纶、酸性染料可染氨纶、高回弹高应力氨纶等差异化氨纶产品。

 

 

除氨纶项目外，坐落在一体化产业园内的年产22万吨聚酰胺项目、年产7万吨差别化锦纶长丝项目已先后顺利开车。充分利用园区强大的水、电、蒸汽等公用工程配套，有效提高生产效率、降低生产成本。

这一组合发力，使得恒申化纤板块的产品规模进一步扩大，将持续推动集团提高产品比重及市场占有率、提升行业影响力，实现更高质量的发展。
