近日，第五届海峡两岸职工“三创”大赛公布获奖名单，化工板块多项发明赫然在列，共有6项获奖作品喜获佳绩：荣获“职工四技创造组”银奖1项，“职工五小创新组”一等奖1项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项；恒申电子荣获“两岸融合协作组”金奖。

据悉，此次大赛以“海峡职工三创，智汇共同家园”为主题，吸引了来自海峡两岸的众多优秀职工创新创业团队参与，包括但不限于智能制造、绿色能源、生物科技、文化创意等领域，共计吸引4149个创新创业项目参赛。比赛中，恒申电子参赛团队围绕半导体先进制程应用的前驱体开发，结合恒申集团产业资源，依托申远一体化产业园公用设施及供能，阐述高纯半导体前驱体的制造技术工艺。

 

 

本次荣获多项奖项，是对恒申人深耕行业创新领域、传承工匠精神的褒奖，也是对恒申人才队伍培育的肯定和激励。未来，恒申集团将持续紧抓创新发展，强化人才队伍建设，主动创新发展，迈向高质量发展道路。
