1. Project overview

Fujian Shenxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd.'s wet electronic chemical product barrel turnover recycling project is located on the north side of the ammonia filling workshop of Fujian Shenxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., No. 1 Songqi Avenue, Kemen Industrial Park, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and the north side of the hydrofluoric acid/ammonium fluoride/BHF/sulfuric acid filling workshop. This project introduces 4 200 L product barrel cleaning lines and 1 1 ton product barrel cleaning line, achieving an annual recycling of 53,130 200 L product barrels and 10,350 1 ton product barrels. Through the environmental impact analysis of this project, the wastewater discharge of the whole plant is reduced after the completion of the project, and the impact of solid waste, exhaust gas and noise on the environment during the operation process is small, all within the acceptable range.

The construction of this project is in line with the national industrial policy and the requirements of regional planning and planning environmental assessment. Under the premise of strictly implementing the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection and implementing the environmental protection measures and risk prevention and control measures proposed in this report, the construction of this project is feasible from the perspective of environmental impact.
