The proposed site of the cyclohexanone project of Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Lianjiang Kemen Industrial Park. The preliminary research work has been started, and the environmental impact assessment of the project is now announced:

Construction scale: The products are mainly cyclohexanone, etc., with a scale of 200,000 tons/year. The project is expanded and systematically transformed on the basis of the original construction, using the water-based cyclohexanone production process, and building a 200,000 tons/year cyclohexanone production line (including cyclohexanol refining unit, cyclohexanone unit, cyclohexane dehydrogenation unit, etc.) and supporting public works, production auxiliary facilities and storage and transportation facilities, mainly including thermal oil furnace, reclaimed water reuse system, condensate recovery system transformation, factory air instrument air system transformation, nitrogen system transformation, fire torque system transformation, plant ground pipe and steam system transformation, etc.

Work system: annual production of 8000h, implementation of four shifts and two operation system
