Construction scale: The project plans to expand ultra-pure ammonia, ultra-pure ammonia tank farm, filling station, gas distribution workshop, fluorine and nitrogen mixing/laser gas mixing workshop, phosphorane mixing/arsenic mixing workshop and other production process equipment, warehouses, maintenance workshops and other public and auxiliary facilities.

New production capacity (or use function): 15,573.46 tons/year of new electronic-grade special gas production capacity, including: 10,000 tons/year of ultra-pure ammonia; all kinds of pure gas 5084.06 tons/year; phosphorus, arsenic and gas blending gas 180 tons/year; 244.02 tons/year of fluorine and nitrogen mixture; other mixed gas 65.38 tons/year; the new ammonia production capacity is 4,160 tons/year; The new hydrofluoric acid production capacity is 13.5 tons/year, with a total new production capacity of 19,746.96 tons/year.
