Project Name: Fujian Highsun Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Electronic Grade Special Gas Project (Phase II)

Construction scale: 12,000 tons/year of new electronic-grade special gas production capacity, including: 2,000 tons/year of silicon calcination, 10,000 tons/year of ultra-pure ammonia; the new ammonia production capacity is 4,160 tons/year; A total of 16,160 tons/year of new production capacity will be added. The project plans to expand process devices such as silane units, ultra-pure ammonia devices, filling stations, as well as public and auxiliary supporting facilities such as central control rooms, maintenance workshops, and Class A warehouses, and expand the original system accordingly. The project purchased main equipment such as adsorption towers, T CS reactors, TCS/STC separation towers, silica calcination reaction columns, silane waxy distillation towers, silane product towers, refrigeration units, ultra-pure ammonia separation towers, complete sets of filling station equipment, filling station paste forming equipment, various pumps and storage yao equipment.
