1月26日，长乐区教育发展促进会2023年度理事会成功召开，福州新区管委会副主任、长乐区委书记张帆出席并致辞；区领导廖海军等参加会议。恒申集团董事长陈建龙作为名誉会长受邀参加会议。

会上审议通过了2022年度长乐区教育发展促进会工作报告，并推选新一任轮值会长、颁发会长证书。

张帆代表区四套班子向长期以来关心支持长乐区教育事业发展的广大企业家、社会各界人士，表示感谢与敬意。他强调，教育投入产出的是人才，是最有价值的投资，需要全社会共同参与、行动起来。他希望广大乡贤、企业家能够积极履行社会责任，踊跃投资兴学、热心捐资助学，竭尽所能地为教育事业发展办实事、解难题。

恒申集团始终关心关注教育事业的发展，先后成立的长乐区慈善总会力恒分会、福建省恒申慈善基金会已在省内捐资建设多所力恒希望小学，为乡村儿童提供配套基础设施及优质教育资源，多年来不断在教育方面开展各项社会公益活动与助学公益项目。同时，恒申集团于2022年12月与连江县政府、当地高校开创政企校合作项目“申远新材料产业学院”，成为福建省首创化工类产业学院，致力于培育出更加优秀的技术型精尖人才。
