On September 4, the three-day 2025 Intertextile Autumn/Winter Apparel Fabrics Fair concluded successfully at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Under the theme “Innovative Fibers,to lead a Circular Future,” HSCC exhibited at Booth E85 in Hall 4.1, showcasing a series of sustainable and differentiated high-end nylon products to domestic and international clients, which met market demands from multiple dimensions and fostered collaboration with industry partners to build a new future for the textile industry.
At the exhibition, HSCC created four themed exhibition zones: Water Sports & Outdoor, Mountaineering & Skiing, Home & Intimate Apparel, and Running & Cycling. Two interactive installations demonstrating anti-UV shielding yarns were also set up. Through scenario-based and experience-based displays, the group highlighted innovative products such as chemically recycled nylon, moisture-wicking and quick-drying nylon, and PCM air-conditioning fibers. The diverse range of yarn and fabric solutions attracted a continuous flow of professional visitors and garnered significant attention and collaboration interest from several renowned downstream brands.
At the show, HSCC officially launched Rechain™ 100% Chemically Recycled Nylon. Positioned as offering“virgin-grade quality,” this product rivals traditional petroleum-based nylon in key performance metrics such as yarn strength, elongation, and dyeability, while reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 80% per ton, to provide the textile industry chain with a high-performance green material option as a direct substitute.
Notably, the staff uniforms at the joint exhibition were co-designed and produced out of Rechain™ chemically recycled nylon by HSCC and Toray TSD. Not only are they skin-friendly and comfortable, but also they manifest a full-chain closed-loop practice from raw materials, yarn, and fabric to finished garments, truly integrating the Textile-to-Textile (T2T) concept throughout the product lifecycle.
