On the afternoon of Sept. 2, at the HSCC Booth E85 in Hall 4.1 of the 2025 Intertextile Apparel Fabrics Fair, HSCC and Toray Sakai Textile (Nantong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Toray TSD”) made a joint appearance. They showcased multiple achievements in sustainable development since signing a strategic cooperation agreement earlier this year, particularly the substantial progress of the “Textile-to-Textile” recycling project, setting an exemplary model of cooperation for the industry.

At the event, Mei Zhen, Vice President of HSCC, stated that Highsun and Toray have comprehensively upgraded their partnership from “business partners” to “ecological alliance.” By integrating the whole industry chain from raw materials to end products, the two parties have truly embedded the T2T concept into the full lifecycle of textiles.

Deputy General Manager of Toray TSD, pointed out that the T2T project in collaboration with Highsun is expected to be completed by early 2026 and will serve as a key driver for Toray TSD’s plan to achieve zero-carbon factory construction by 2030.
