1. Project overview

Fujian Hesheng Gas Co., Ltd.'s food-grade carbon dioxide technical transformation project is located in the reserved land of Fujian Hesheng Gas Co., Ltd. in the existing plant area of Fujian Hesheng Gas Co., Ltd. in Kemen Economic Development Zone, Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City. This project uses the CO2 from the exhaust gas of the coal-to-gas low-temperature methanol washing unit to recover and produce food-grade liquid carbon dioxide as raw material, and transports it to the dry ice production unit through pipelines to produce food-grade solid carbon dioxide. Through the environmental impact analysis of this project, no production wastewater is generated during the operation of the project. Exhaust gases, solid waste, and noise have a low impact on the environment and are all within acceptable limits.

The construction of this project is in line with the national industrial policy and the requirements of regional planning and planning environmental assessment. Under the premise of strictly implementing the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection and implementing the environmental protection measures and risk prevention and control measures proposed in this report, the construction of this project is feasible from the perspective of environmental impact.
