Recently, Highsun Center, the headquarter building of Highsun Group, has been awarded LEED&WELL double platinum certification, successfully entering the global green buildings demonstration rank, and becomes the first LEED&WELL double platinum certified building in Fujian Province.

As is learnt, LEED certification system is an international green building certification system, which is one of the most comprehensive, widely applied and influential green building evaluation standards with utmost recognition in the world, and is hailed as the "Oscar" of green certification standards in the construction industry. The WELL standard, a performance-based evaluation system, is formulated and launched by the International WELL Building Institute. Being the world's 1^st building certification and evaluation standard with a comparatively complete health-oriented system, it values human-centeredness and the improvement of indoor environment. What’s more, platinum rating ranking the highest of the two certifications, fully demonstrates that HSSC has reached the world's leading green building standards in terms of sustainable site, water-saving efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, as well as people's health and comfort.
