The three-day 2024 China Intimate Apparel Culture Week and SIUF 19th China International Brand Underwear Exhibition (lasting from April 19^th to 21^st) opened in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). Highsun Group stationed in the 2C16 exhibition area in Hall II with three series of yarn products, pooling three major advantages of the products, i.e. bionics, environmental protection, and practicability, to provide customers with more diversified, high-end, and environmentally-friendly yarn products and services, thus leading the industry with new fashion. EcoLactam®, the mainstay product, effectively reduces carbon emissions by 70% by converting N₂O into harmless substances through leading technology. Up to -8 tons of CO₂-eq per ton of EcoLactam® used, which takes the lead in the world.

The eye-catching CHINAPLAS was held in Shanghai National Exhibition center from April 23 to 26, on which Highsun Akro showed up at Hall 7.2 Booth D72 with C3 GF 25 1 FR series material of RTI up to 150℃.

This product is a flame retardant, thermally stable black PA6/6.6 blend with 25% glass fiber reinforced. Based on a red phosphorus and halogen free flame retardant system, V0 @0.4 mm in black and V0 @0.8 mm in full color, it conforms to the UL 94 standard. Thanks to its superior fluidity, the product surface quality improves. The material is also suitable for applications demanding high strength in the automotive and electromechanical markets and was honored with the 2024 Chinaplas Innovative Technology Award. Meanwhile, Highsun Akro also showcased its sustainable modified material solutions and practical achievements developed from 3 aspects: physical recycled materials, chemical recycled materials, and bio-based raw materials, demonstrating its development concept of sustainability, environmental friendliness and low carbon footprint.

Highsun Atlas showed up at Booth D02 Hall 8.2 with Alphamid® PA6 polymer, the optimal option for film and packaging materials. Alphamid® , with a product portfolio of various applications in BOPA, co-extrusion and other fields, perfectly consists with national standards and FDA’s related regulations on FCMs. Boasting superior gas/flavor/aroma-resistant properties and outstanding mechanical features,  products of Alphamid® series were highly spoken of at the exhibition by customers from home and abroad.
