The proposed site of Fujian Shenxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. Wet Electronic Chemicals Project is located in Lianjiang Kemen Economic Development Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, covering an area of 60,142.13 square meters and a construction area of 31,094 square meters of main buildings. The total investment of the project is 750.9977 million yuan, including 52.99 million yuan in civil engineering, 473.16 million yuan in equipment, and 224.8477 million yuan in other investments. The annual output of the project is 64,000 tons of wet electronic chemicals, including 12,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, 3,000 tons of electronic-grade BHF, 1,000 tons of electronic-grade ammonium fluoride, 12,000 tons of electronic-grade ammonia, 36,000 tons of electronic-grade sulfuric acid, and 875 tons/year of by-products cryolite and 182 tons/year of industrial-grade hydrofluoric acid.

At present, Fujian Shenxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. has entrusted Fujian Jinhuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the preparation of the environmental impact report of "Fujian Shenxin Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. Wet Electronic Chemicals Project", and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Interim Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, it is planned to publicly solicit public comments on the environmental issues in the project construction process:

Consultation objects: mainly around the project and other stakeholders, and welcome opinions and suggestions from all walks of life on the environmental protection of the project.

Main matters: The purpose of this public participation is to solicit matters related to the environmental protection of the project, and to invite the public to express their opinions objectively and fairly on environment-related issues.

Publicity validity period: 10 working days.
