2月23日，福建省工信厅副厅长陈传芳、福州市工信局副局长林峰一行莅临恒申集团旗下恒申合纤公司开展“纺织鞋服产业转型升级”专题调研活动。恒申集团化纤板块总经理梅震、化纤板块常务副总经理何卓胜陪同调研。

陈传芳副厅长一行实地走访恒申合纤公司后纺三期和氨纶车间，考察产品生产情况，详细了解集团化纤板块产业概况、智能制造等相关动态，对集团的创新研发及战略发展思路表示肯定。

随后，在行政楼会议室召开的座谈会上，陈传芳副厅长听取有关部门的工作汇报，会见了纤维面料研发专家、销售等企业相关负责人，进一步了解企业经营、技术研发等情况。双方就纺织鞋服产业整体发展展开交流，积极探讨产业转型升级遇到的困难与解决方法。

陈传芳副厅长表示，“十四五”期间，各地纷纷出台多项利好纺织行业发展的相关政策措施，而转型升级是关键之一，企业应在产业政策支持下努力实行技术革新优化，做大做强产业链，不断进行产业升级调整。
