The first publicity of the environmental impact assessment of the centralized hot spot project of Shenyuan New Materials Integrated Industrial Park

Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. has entrusted Fujian Jinhuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment of the centralized hot spot project of Shenyuan New Materials Integrated Industrial Park, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the relevant information of the environmental impact assessment of the project is hereby publicized as follows:

（1）Overview of the construction project

1. Project name: Shenyuan New Material Integration Industrial Park Centralized Hot Spot Project

4. Construction address: Lianjiang Kemen Economic Development Zone, Fujian Province

5. Construction content: According to the approved "Kemen Port Economic Zone (Phase I) Heating Special Plan (2021-2030)", Shenyuan Company is listed as a centralized hot spot in Shenyuan New Materials Integrated Industrial Park, with an existing heating scale of 3 240-ton heating boilers (two openings and one preparation), 3 new and expanded 240-ton heating boilers (two openings and one preparation), and a new steam production capacity of 480 tons/hour, equipped with flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and other facilities. A total of 6 240-ton heating boilers (four openings and two preparations) have been formed in the park, with a total steam production capacity of 960 tons/hour.

If you have relevant opinions on the environmental impact of the construction project, you can download the "Public Opinion Form for Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects" in the attachment and fill it in. According to the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment", opinions or demands related to land acquisition and demolition, property, employment, etc. that are not related to the EIA of the project are not part of the public participation content of the EIA of the construction project.
