10月19-20日，平顶山市委书记张雷明率队赴恒申集团参观调研并洽谈合作事宜，平煤神马集团总经理杜波、平顶山市副市长张弓、市政协副主席张电子等领导参加招商考察。恒申集团董事长陈建龙、总裁陈忠接待考察组一行。

张雷明一行先后参观恒申集团旗下恒申合纤公司、申远新材料一体化产业园区，深入考察恒申合纤氨纶、整经及后纺3期等生产车间并参观集团创新发展中心，实地走访了申远一体化园区重点项目建设现场，详细了解项目建设工作。20日上午，双方召开座谈会，围绕融合双方发展优势，探索合作新路径等展开深入交流。

张雷明认为恒申集团发展战略突出，全产业链布局完善，申远一体化产业园建设工作成果显著。他表示，近年来，平顶山市坚定不移推进转型发展，持续深化改革开放创新，大力发展新材料等优势主导产业，中国尼龙城强势崛起，尼龙新型功能材料产业集群纳入国家战略性新兴产业集群，平顶山实现了由“中原煤仓”向“中国新材料基地”的华丽蝶变，真诚期待与恒申集团共同推动尼龙新材料产业蓬勃发展，迈向全球价值链中高端。平顶山市委、市政府将努力打造一流营商环境，积极协调解决企业发展中遇到的难题，推动恒申集团在平项目不断发展壮大。

陈建龙对调研组一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，并向调研组一行详细汇报了恒申集团发展历程、申远一体化产业园发展优势等情况。他说，从2017年签订合作协议以来，在平顶山市委市政府的通力支持下，恒申集团与平煤神马合作项目不断开花结果，平煤神马已成为恒申集团重要合作伙伴。当前恒申集团正全力打造申远一体化产业园，重点发展聚酰胺一体化、高端精细化工和化工新材料等产业，期待双方未来进一步深化合作，推动双方高质量可持续发展目标实现。
