On the afternoon of February 7, the CPC Provincial Committee and the provincial government held a symposium on private entrepreneurs in Fuzhou. They discussed development issues with each other. Provincial Party Secretary Yin Li attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Provincial Governor Zhao Long presided over the meeting. Chen Jianlong, chairman of HSCC Group, was invited to attend the meeting and made a speech on behalf of entrepreneurs.

To give full play to the role of leading enterprises and drive the high-quality development of the industrial chain, Chen Jianlong put forward three suggestions:
01 Attach importance to the use of industrial chain investment, give full play to the leading role, expand industrial clusters
02 Promote the construction of electronic-grade material industry, cultivate and develop the semiconductor raw material industry in the province.
03 encourage the development of new high-end chemical materials, focus on industrial needs and seize opportunities for industrial development.
