On November 3, Lin Chengxiang led some municipal and county NPC deputies to Shenyuan New material Integration Industrial Zone to carry out inspection and research activities of the "120 days of attack" special action. Pan Debiao, general manager of chemical industry of HSCC Group, and relevant department leaders accompanied the investigation.

Pan debiao introduced the layout of Shenyuan Industrial zone to the research team. The research team visited the construction sites of key projects and had a detailed understanding of the enterprises' production and operation, project planning and construction progress.
