In accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects, the Announcement on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects (National Environmental Regulation and Environmental Assessment [2017] No. 4) and other relevant regulations, our company independently carried out the environmental protection acceptance of the completion of the cyclohexane dehydrogenation project of Fujian Shenma New Materials Co., Ltd. in April 2024, and completed the preparation of the "Monitoring Report on the Completion of the Environmental Protection Acceptance of the Cyclohexane Dehydrogenation Project of Fujian Shenma New Materials Co., Ltd.". The monitoring report is now publicized from January 6, 2025 to February 7, 2025 (20 working days).
