Environmental Protection
Green production
HSCC energy-saving renovation measures include boilers, ultra-low emissions and spandex production, aiming at all-round energy conservation, emission reduction and improvement. Meanwhile, the Group adopts an MVR evaporation system to efficiently recover extraction water: the extracted caprolactam can be reused as raw material, and the low-pressure steam generated by the system can also be recycled after compression. This project is expected to save over 20 million yuan in energy consumption and operation costs annually, while reducing carbon emissions by more than 100,000 tons.
Pollutant treatment
Shenyuan Industrial Park Management Company has constructed a sewage treatment plant. In cooperation with Toray Group, it adopts the advanced "ultrafiltration membrane + reverse osmosis membrane" technology to jointly build an intelligent sewage treatment system. The system has achieved remarkable results: compared with traditional industrial parks, the sewage treatment cost has been reduced by 40% and carbon emissions by 20%; meanwhile, it has significantly saved about 64% of the sewage discharge costs for polyamide industrial chain enterprises in the park.
Low-carbon clean energy
HSCC has built distributed photovoltaic power plants with a total scale of approximately 33 MW. The project uses about 335,000 square meters of rooftop area, with a total investment of approximately RMB 83 million. It inputs nearly 35 million kWh of green electricity annually, saving about 11,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 29,000 tons each year.

Gender Equality
Among the senior executives of HSCC, female members account for over 35%, which is at the leading level in the industry and aligns with the concept of gender equality in sustainability. The Highsun Foundation is committed to empowering the growth and development of women and children in rural Fujian, we focus on areas such as women's groups within Fujian Province, rural school education, and support for public welfare actions.
Sustainability Governance
HSCC has initially established a two-tier ESG management structure. At the top level, a Sustainability Strategy Committee is set up to make overall decisions. At the executive level, the Sustainable Development Strategy Department works in collaboration with other professional departments to implement the strategy vertically, forming a top-down strategic decoding capability. This ensures that sustainable development is deeply integrated into the corporate DNA and becomes the "central nervous system" driving transformation.

Guided by an open and inclusive culture, HSCC Group fosters a harmonious work environment and builds a robust employee care system to provide employees with a sense of security and satisfaction. Adhering to the development philosophy of "Co-creation & Win-win" and upholding the commitment to "Strengthening the Nation through Industry and Serving the Country via Industrial Development", HSCC Group treats public welfare and philanthropy as a key endeavor. It has established the Liheng Branch of Changle Charity Federation and Highsun Foundation, dedicating sustained efforts to areas including education, disaster relief, student assistance, medical support, poverty alleviation, disability aid, and infrastructure development, while conducting diverse public welfare activities. To date, it has donated a total of over RMB 300 million to society.
