Global R&D Center is a global platform integrating tech R&D, green initiatives, system certification, and social innovation. With the "HSCC GREEN", it strives to build an ecological value & resilience engine and become a sustainable example of industry-environment coexistence.

Gender Equality

Among the senior executives of HSCC, female members account for over 35%, which is at the leading level in the industry and aligns with the concept of gender equality in sustainability. The Highsun Foundation is committed to empowering the growth and development of women and children in rural Fujian, we focus on areas such as women's groups within Fujian Province, rural school education, and support for public welfare actions.

Sustainability Governance

HSCC has initially established a two-tier ESG management structure. At the top level, a Sustainability Strategy Committee is set up to make overall decisions. At the executive level, the Sustainable Development Strategy Department works in collaboration with other professional departments to implement the strategy vertically, forming a top-down strategic decoding capability. This ensures that sustainable development is deeply integrated into the corporate DNA and becomes the "central nervous system" driving transformation.

Employee Care

Guided by an open and inclusive culture, HSCC Group fosters a harmonious work environment and builds a robust employee care system to provide employees with a sense of security and satisfaction. Starting with daily needs (food, clothing, housing, transportation), the Group creates comfortable workspaces and convenient living facilities to put its "family culture" into practice. It also supports the growth of employees’ children to relieve their worries, enabling them to grow together with the Group. Additionally, the Group has established a support mechanism for employees in need, including those with disabilities. It offers respect and practical assistance such as health check-ups, psychological counseling, and living subsidies to enhance their sense of belonging and well-being.

Community Contributions

Adhering to the development philosophy of "Co-creation & Win-win" and upholding the commitment to "Strengthening the Nation through Industry and Serving the Country via Industrial Development", HSCC Group treats public welfare and philanthropy as a key endeavor. It has established the Liheng Branch of Changle Charity Federation and Highsun Foundation, dedicating sustained efforts to areas including education, disaster relief, student assistance, medical support, poverty alleviation, disability aid, and infrastructure development, while conducting diverse public welfare activities. To date, it has donated a total of over RMB 300 million to society.
