Founded in 2005, it is located in Lianggang Industrial Zone of Changle, Fuzhou. In 2008, Liheng was successfully listed on the main board of Singapore Exchange and was the first listed company in Changle.

The Company was formerly known as Nanjing Dongfang Chemical Co., Ltd., which was founded in July 1988 and is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The main product is caprolactam, with a total production capacity of 400,000 tons per year.

Fibant (Shanghai)

Fibant (Shanghai) Chemical Co., Ltd (FSC) was founded in September, 2003. The company is mainly responsible for the sales of caprolactam from Europe in the Asia market. Fibrant (FSC) also take in charge of the unified sales for the AS produced by FCL&SCC of Highsun Group and relative international trade and commerce.
