In November 2023, Yumen Dayang Tianqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. completed an equity transfer with Highsun Electronic, thereby becoming a holding subsidiary of Highsun Electronic. This acquisition strengthened its foundational capabilities in PH3, AsH3, and other core ion implantation gas materials.
