China to rectify “campaign-style” carbon reduction of textile industry upgraded
Last year, the Chinese government has officially announced that China aims to reach peak emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060, which means that China only has 30 years for continuous and rapid emissions cuts. In addition, the China Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued the draft of "2021-2022 Autumn and Winter Action Plan for Air Pollution Management" in September. This autumn and winter (from October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022), the production capacity in some industries may be further restricted.
Some areas supply 5 days and stop 2 days in a week, some supply 3 and stop 4 days, some even just supply 2 days but stop 5 days.
These actions will result in a terrible increase of all costs, from raw materials to packing materials, from labor cost to ports operation costs. Customers should prepare for 2 things: prices will be increased and delivery time will be prolonged.
Replacing Manpower With Machines to Promote Traditional Production
Since 2014, our company has spent 400 million yuan to construct the III phase of DTY spinning project. We continue to carry out digital transformation of the whole production process to improve the quality and increase the efficiency of traditional textile and chemical fiber production.
Now, AGV（Automatic Guided Vehicle）under the control of the industrial Internet platform, can send products to the production line, in the artificial intelligence machine can pack them automatically.
Through digital transformation, our production process from the original basically rely on manual operations to intelligent operations. Including digital inspection, integrated inspection, automatic packaging, greatly improve the production efficiency.
Up to now, the phase III has introduced 36 sets of advanced digital production equipment from Germany, which can produce 30 tons of high quality nylon 6 products every day. Only one link of packaging, before needs 15 skilled workers, after the digital transformation, only 8 operators are needed, the efficiency has been improved by more than 40%.
Next year, we plan to import another 12 sets of German Bamag digital production equipment. We will continue to replace manpower with machines to promote the development of traditional textile and chemical fiber production.
HSCC Group Ranked 356th Among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2021
China held the 2021 Top 500 Companies Summit Forum. CHINA ENTERPRISE CONFEDERATION and CEDA released the list of 2021 Top 500 Chinese Companies. CFIC (All-China federation of industry and commerce) released the list of China's Top 500 Manufacturers for 2021.
With an annual revenue of 56.66 billion yuan, HSCC Group ranked 356th among China's top 500 enterprises, up 12 places from the previous year.
Meanwhile, the group ranks 88th among China's top 500 manufacturing enterprises. Our company continues to lead the progress of Private enterprises in Fujian and work for achieving the goal of a hundred years of strong enterprises.
It is reported that the barriers to entry for 2021 China's Top 500 companies has been raised to 39.236 billion yuan, 3.275 billion yuan higher than last year. Of the 222 companies on the list, eight have an annual revenue of more than one trillion yuan. According to the list, the development of the 2021 Top 500 Chinese Companies shows the characteristics of scale growth against the trend, relatively good efficiency, continuous deepening of the industrial structure and gain more prominent position in global industry.
While the number of chemical fiber manufacturing industry enterprises in the list has greatly decreased, we have been ranked among the Top 500 Chinese enterprises by virtue of our good performance in the chemical fiber manufacturing industry, which fully demonstrates that the Group has always been consciously responsible for the representative responsibility of Chinese private enterprises, developed steadily and actively set up a model of private entrepreneurs in the new era.

Work together to build a safety barrier against the epidemic
In accordance with the spirit of strengthening epidemic prevention and control, Lianjiang District of HSCC Chemical Industry sector set up a joint epidemic prevention headquarters and successfully completed 5628 nucleic acid test for all enterprises, contractors and cooperative units in shenyuan Integrated Industrial Zone on September 17. Test results are all negative.
Nucleic acid tests are required for a large number of people. In order to accomplish this efficiently, the joint epidemic prevention department cooperated with various enterprises to set up nucleic acid test teams and arranged all preparatory work in advance. In accordance with the method of batch time division, the nucleic acid test conducted soon. Under the close cooperation of the action team, enterprises and contractors, employees lined up in an orderly manner on the test day, wore masks and kept a safe distance throughout the test, and left immediately after the test was completed. The collection site was in good order, and the detection work was completed at the fastest speed.
Nucleic acid test is an important measure taken by the Joint Epidemic Prevention and control Department to implement HSCC Group's plan to strengthen epidemic prevention and control. Since the epidemic prevention and control in Fujian, companies have comprehensively upgraded their control measures under the professional guidance of the Epidemic prevention department of Lianjiang County and the Epidemic Prevention Command Center of Kemen Zone. The prevention and control system should be strengthened jointly by signing a commitment letter on epidemic prevention and control with enterprises in the area and consolidating the main responsibility of operators. The network of epidemic prevention and control is tightly knit through vaccination of all staff. All employees in the industrial park should have 100% vaccination coverage. At the same time, we took the initiative to study the impact of the epidemic on product production and sales, and worked out various response plans in advance.
