(Summary description)Recently, the CPC Fujian provincial committee and the provincial government work inspection review meeting and the province's first-half economic conference was held in Fuzhou. The conference organized participants to study the important speeches made by President Xi during his visit to Fujian and the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. Combined with the provincial party committee and provincial government work inspection, analyze the province's economic operation in the first half of the year and deploy the economic and social development work in the second half of the year. Yin Li fully praised the achievements of the work inspection. He said that all people earnestly implemented the important speeches of President Xi and the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, and coordinate epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development. In the first half of the year, the province's economic operation remained within a reasonable range, and the economic and social development trend was good. We should earnestly and comprehensively analyze the characteristics of the current economic situation in our province, speed up the high-quality economic development, and promote the reform and stability as a whole.

Yin stressed the need to fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the work requirements of the Provincial Party Committee. It’s important to promote the study and education of party history, carry out the education and rectification of political and legal teams, and do a meticulous job in the transition of the party leadership. The economic and social development of all parts of the province should be based on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, and serve and integrate into the new development pattern. Local governments and departments should focus on epidemic prevention and control, expand effective investment, accelerate industrial optimization and upgrading and promote green development through scientific and technological innovation. We will accelerate the work of carbon control, give play to the leading role of environmental science and technology, ensure people's livelihood and social public services, coordinate development and security, and build a safer Fujian at a higher level.

Before the meeting, the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government held a symposium, which listened to the reports and opinions of the relevant departments, the democratic parties, the federation of industry and Commerce, and some areas, and solicited the suggestions of some provincial deputies to the people's Congress, members of the CPPCC, experts and scholars, and representatives of entrepreneurs. Chairman of HSCC Group was invited to attend the symposium as a representative of private entrepreneurs and spoke at the meeting.

Chairman Chen Jianlong reported the situation of the industry in the first half of the year and his judgment of the situation in the second half of the year and put forward relevant suggestions. He said that the overall trend of the textile and chemical fiber industry in the first half of this year was good, and HSCC Group exceeded the revenue target in the first half of the year by virtue of the comprehensive advantages of upstream and downstream integration and zone development. In the second half of the year, we are still faced with both opportunities and challenges, such as price fluctuations of major commodities and slow recovery of consumers.

He suggested that attention should be paid to the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and the concept of zone development. He suggested that the government step up measures to stimulate consumption, and introduce relevant policies to encourage and support provincial terminal brands and upstream enterprises to cooperate in research and development, and jointly launch new products that are popular in the market.
