(Summary description)On March 4th, Zhang Canmin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission, visited Shenyuan New Material Integration Industrial Park (SCC) for investigation, accompanied by Lin Lin, Vice Mayor of Fuzhou City and responsible persons of relevant units. Chen Jianlong, chairman of HSCC, and Chen Xi, general manager of SCC Management Company, reported to the research group the landing situation of the industrial park project.

 



 

 

Zhang listened to the development planning and project construction progress report of SCC Integration Industrial Park, and inspected the construction sites of several projects in the industrial park. Chen Xi introduced to the research group that SCC Integration Industrial Park has innovated the mode of cooperation between government and enterprise, established the industrial park management company with Lianjiang County government, established the efficient communication and collaboration mechanism, and continuously improved the service and comprehensive competitiveness of the park. Bench-marking BASF to maximize energy value and multi-purpose complementary supply, explore integration of industry development, environmental protection integration, integration of public facilities, logistics integration, management, service integration of muti-dimensional park management mechanism, through the energy planning and comprehensive utilization of the raw materials and products in the park. Meanwhile, HSCC has put forward the strategic development idea of "dual main business". With an annual output of 1 million tons of caprolactam as the core, HSCC has carried out vertical integration of the industrial chain and cross-field horizontal expansion. HSCC is committed to solving the problem of "bottleneck" of scarce chemical products in China and building an international brand industrial cluster of new materials worth over 100 billion yuan.

 



 

Chen expressed his sincere gratitude to the Provincial and Municipal Development and Reform Commission for their support and help in the development and construction of SCC Integrated Industrial Park. On March 2nd, HSCC started construction of projects with a total investment of 19.7 billion yuan, among which 11 projects with an investment of 15.9 billion yuan started construction in SCC Industrial Park. In the process of introducing world-class enterprises and first-class projects to Fuzhou, HSCC has attracted a large number of professional manager teams by means of technology investment, management investment, equity incentive etc. Because of their participation, HSCC team grasps the opportunity to work with more world-class partners. Next, HSCC will focus on the construction of SCC Integrated Industrial Park, expand and strengthen the "two main businesses", and strive to achieve the "three billion" target of group output value, market value and revenue of 100 billion during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period.

Zhang gave a full affirmation to the HSCC current achievements. He pointed out that the provincial development and reform commission (NDRC) attaches great importance to the integration of SCC industrial park construction and development, will continue to follow the project examination and approval to the ground and the construction situation, and encourage the constant "group play a leading role, to attract more international brand enterprises industrial park, to improve the stability of the industrial chain and competitive power, make billions of new materials with the international brand of industrial cluster, to promote the development of chemical industry of Fujian province.
